In order to upgrade from the Furrion RV Stereo part # DV3100 which is a single din to a double din such as the Furrion RV Stereo part # DV1230BL you will need to remove the plug from the old harness and splice in the one that comes with the new stereo. I do have an option for you but there isn't really a specific tool needed for the Rubber Top Lip Wiper Seal for RV Slide Out part # SR23VR. It features a simple press-on installation so there will be no tool needed for this. The likely source of power on the Furrion Vision S # FOS43TASF that is pre-wired on your 2019 Keystone Cougar is most likely going to come from the running light circuit on your 5th wheel's 7 way connector and its connection to your tow vehicle.

I've looked at both the # LC141111 and the # LC177094 and it doesn't appear that these parts are compatible since there are no ports to install those cartridge valves into. I confirmed this with Lippert, and from the sounds of what you're explaining, it would seem to me that one of the rams on the slideouts is causing this issue. The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-07500K will install in a standard 14" x 14" opening in your 2013 Keystone Cougar, and you can get power to the vent simply by running the black wire (the power wire) to the 12V power supply, as you can see in the accompanying cutout of the linked installation directions I added for you. I went out to our warehouse and measured the thickness of the L-Brackets on the Ultra-Fab 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver for Trailer Frames # UF35-946403 and measured .34" or 11/32" thick.

The Square Direct Weld Jack part # TJD-12000SP-F2 can be used in tandem. The only thing you would need to do this would be a cross shaft which would be some sort of bar that attaches the two output shafts to one another.
